This Privacy Policy applies to the Private Automation App operated for personal and internal use.
Google User Data
The application may access Google account data through Google’s OAuth authorization system. Access is limited to the permissions explicitly granted by the authorized account.
Google user data is used solely to perform automated workflows configured by the application owner.
The application does not sell, rent, advertise with, or otherwise commercially use Google user data.
Google user data is not shared with third parties except when required to complete an explicitly configured workflow or when required by law.
Data Storage
Some Google user data may be temporarily processed or stored by the application’s automation system when necessary to complete a workflow.
Data is retained only as necessary for the operation of the configured workflows and may be deleted when it is no longer required.
Access and Security
Access to the application is restricted to the application owner and authorized administrators. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect credentials and data processed by the application.
Revoking Access
Google account access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account security settings.
Google API Services
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
